The Taylor Machine Work's TX4 Series of lift trucks are 4WD and specially made for one particular job: transporting material in the harshest and most difficult environments you can imagine. A few of the terrain these machines work in includes: snow, mud or uneven and rough environments. The TX4 delivers supreme performance and has become the top option for many businesses.
The TX4 is not a front loader chassis with a fork attachment, similar to the more comparable articulated lift truck models. Instead, it is an articulated material handler completely and specially engineered and designed by Taylor Machine Works.
There are 3 different load capacities available. The TX4 articulated 4-wheel drive lift trucks offer the ability to out-perform the front-end loader lift trucks. Normally, in order to achieve the same capacity from a forklift or front-end loader, the front-end loader or forklift will need to be bigger than the 132 inch wheelbase which comprises the TX4 Series. The TX4 Series articulated 4WD forklifts are true rough terrain lift trucks. They were made to have no deration in full turns. In addition, this model comes direct from the plant with 11 feet of vertical lift.
Taylor Machine Works' TXB Series of rough terrain forklifts are amongst the most powerful and very robust and really maneuverable high-capacity rough terrain forklifts offered for the wood products industry. The only USA producer which designs and makes rough terrain forklifts with 18,000 pounds to 30,000 pound rated capacities is Taylor Machine Works. Thus, they have become the leader in this specific field within North America and have earned a solid reputation in this niche.
The TXB series of lift trucks all come with a Tier Certified Cummins electronic turbocharged charge after-cooled or air to air diesel engine. Some of the basic engine features consist of transmission/engine protection systems and electronic diagnostic maintenance, improved fuel economy, fuel/water separator and less overall emissions.
The TXB series uses a modulated, 3-speed transmission, fully reversing powershift transmission. This kind of transmission is also equipped with inching ability, electric roll shift control and a separate cooler for air-to-oil.
Taylor has all of the specific equipment to handle your toughest environments. These machines have the capability to function at their optimum levels in some of the most difficult applications. They are reliable and strong and built to last a long time and get the task done in a timely and efficient way.
