Powered by either electric or diesel fuel, they are able to get around certain obstacles due to their geometry and their long reach. Several kinds of articulating booms can negotiate restricted areas due to the size of their chassis. These models are less than 20 meters and their chassis have adapted to allow rotation in the vehicle clearance.
