Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you accomplish all your needs, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. If both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
To be able to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible, numerous attachments have been engineered and developed like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more accurately. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New attachments and products are being designed and made all the time and will debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an important lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
